These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of webstario.com and to any services you buy from Webstario, a sole proprietorship owned by Nikita Sikka, based in New Delhi, India (“Webstario”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide digital marketing services, including search engine optimisation (SEO), AI search optimisation, local SEO and Google Business Profile management, keyword research, content, performance marketing (Google Ads and Meta Ads management) and social media marketing. The exact scope, deliverables and price for your work will be set out in a written proposal, quote or email that you accept (“Proposal”). If the Proposal and these Terms conflict, the Proposal applies.

2. Fees and payment

  • Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each monthly billing cycle. Work for a cycle begins once payment is received.
  • One-time projects are billed as set out in the Proposal, which may include an advance payment and milestone payments.
  • Prices shown on our website are starting prices in Indian Rupees and may change. The price in your accepted Proposal is the price you pay. Applicable taxes, if any, are charged extra.
  • Advertising spend (the money paid to Google, Meta or other platforms for your ads) is not included in our fees unless the Proposal says so. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform.
  • If an invoice remains unpaid 7 days after its due date, we may pause work until it is paid.

3. No lock-in, cancellation

Monthly plans have no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by email or WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, and we will complete the work for that cycle. Please give us notice at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being billed for the next cycle. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Results

Search rankings, AI search visibility, ad performance, leads and sales depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms, competition, your website, your offer and your market. We will do the work professionally and report honestly on progress, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, traffic, lead or revenue result. Any figures in proposals or audits are estimates, not promises.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give us timely access to the accounts, information and approvals we need.
  • Make sure the content, images, offers and claims you give us are accurate, lawful and that you have the rights to use them.
  • Keep your own backups of your website and accounts.
  • Comply with the policies of Google, Meta and other platforms used for your campaigns.

Delays in access or approvals may delay delivery. These delays do not pause or reduce fees for a cycle already paid.

6. Ownership of work

Once you have paid in full for the relevant work, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, such as content, ad copy and reports. Your accounts (website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics) remain yours at all times. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how, and may reuse general knowledge gained from the work. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may mention your business name as a client; we will not publish your data or results without your permission.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to deliver your services. We will return or delete your logins and confidential information when our engagement ends, on request. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

8. Third-party platforms

Our work relies on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, WordPress and your hosting provider. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions or decisions, although we will help you respond to them where we can.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Webstario is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the one month before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Website use

The content on this website is for general information only and is not professional advice for your specific situation. You may not copy or reuse our website content without permission, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts at New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time you accept a Proposal applies to that engagement.
